The worst customer service in the fast food industry. I mean this wholeheartedly because I honestly hope this feedback leads to... improvement at a corporate level. I don?t go to Wendy?s that often, maybe a couple times a year and EVERY time I go in the last5-10 years, it is the absolute worst experience, and that?s saying something considering its competitors. Every time is anextremely long wait in the drive thru and a messed up order nearly every time. The sad thing is in general, the food is usuallygood, but the rest of it is terrible. I brought my kids in at dinner time as I had them with me while running errands and theyhad asked for it. Dude at the front looked like he hated everything and everyone, spoke in almost an inaudible voice. I askedfor pickles on a kids meal and he said he could, and then we received no pickles anyway. I didn?t bother asking for them. Therestaurant was dirty, unsafe conditions with spills all over the floor near the drink machine and I could?ve deposited theamount of salt on the fries back into the Dead Sea. How is it possible that the burgers are good, yet the morale and theemployees are this bad at all times? It has to come from management, benefits, pay, etc. because these people always hateworking here. Read more

You could tell they were short staffed, and the line was slow, but everyone was working very hard to make sure that my order was... perfect, and it was! Shout out to the manager on duty, you could tell he was running a three ring circus. Read more
This Wendy's is really good. Food was hot and fresh, order was correct and service was prompt and polite. The young blonde woman... (I didn't get her name) did a great job and was very courteous. I prefer Wendy's over the other chain fast food stores because the burgers always seem to be fresher, hot with good condiments... on them. I have had a couple of "Not so Good" orders at this location but, the manager responded quickly to my issues andcorrected the problem to 100% satisification so this is why I am leaving this review. If you have a problem, bring it to theirattention and they will stand behind their food. Read more
