Don?t even bother with this Zaxby?s. The drive thru line is always ridiculous and you?ll be waiting for a minimum of 20 minutes... no matter how many cars there are. You might think placing a curbside order would help, but the employees don?t keep track ofwhat orders are curbside and you?ll end up waiting the same amount of time only to be told to pull into the drive thru to getyour food, where you?ll then wait another 25 minutes. I wouldn?t have said anything if it hadn?t happened to me twice. I willgive the GM credit as he tried to make up for it (only reason for 2 stars) but it?s still the same story every time I go here. BEWARE: whoever owns this franchise location, you are running this restaurant into the ground! Towne Lake Chick-fil-A will be... closed for the upcoming months, you could have used this opportunity to win over many new customers. TOTAL EPIC FAIL.Management, do you read and take seriously the reviews on here? Or are you just faining your concern about repeat problems whiletaking customer's money and wasting their time? I placed my order through the Zaxby's app at 3:36pm, for curbside pickup at5:15pm. Figured that would be adequate lead time to have our order ready. Arrived at 5:20pm, and was told by an employee thatour order was not ready. So we waited 5 minutes and inquired again about order...was told to wait 5 more minutes. Food was ready10 minutes later. Just to set the record straight, our order was ready at 5:35pm when it should have been ready back at 5:15pm,and it was originally placed via the app at 3:36pm. Thank you for making us late to our sports activity. Next issue wasregarding our drinks. We were told there was no ice and no sweet tea available. That would have been nice to know when placingour order initially! Total fail, cannot recommend this location to other parents looking for an alternative to Chick-fil-A.Have been to other Zaxby's locations without a problem, not sure what is going on at Towne Lake.
