Heather is a true sweetheart. I had issues with my online order and it was just the topper on a long hard day. Got sent to a call center to take the order, transferred again to give card info and get transferred back, already annoying and... a terrible experience in general as I had difficulty with the thick accent. All around good experience, we ordered pizza which was really hot and fresh. Cracker crust veggie and a regular cheese. There... was nothing wrong with either of them, they held their own with the other pizza places in the area. The breadsticks were goodtoo. The wings needed to be cooked a little more so they would be crisp, but that?s personal preference. We would go hereagain, it was fast and delicious. Read more
Ordered a thin crust pizza and chicken wings, the wings are dreadful ! We literally didn?t even eat them just threw them away... after one bite, they were slimy as heck and neither fried or baked just kind of reheated and tasted weird, they really were ajoke. The thin crust pizza was cut into squares for some reason .?.?.?. So for almost 40 dollars I?m feeling kind of robbed. Wewon?t be ordering from this poor example of a chain pizza place again. Very polite and attentive manager she answered all my questions on what i might like to try and the restaurant was clean and... neat. It has a small sit down area to have your food there. Wasn't a crumb on the floor. I will definitely go back to thatDomino's pizza in Woodstock. Oh and all the food was great also not a bite leftover. Read more
I waited a whole hour for my Pizza today. It wasn't a complicated order. 1 large and 1 small pizza. And it took them 60+ minutes... to figure that out. It looks like only 2 workers out of 9 or 10 can actually do their job while the other stand around and actlike they're doing something. I've never experienced worse customer service Read more
