Nice staff, but the staff consistently come off as uncaring to the restaurant. Inconsistent good quality as well, with pizzas... not always be cooked, or lack of ingredients, and parmesan garlic wings that taste like microwaved left-overs with literalparmesan packets sprinkled on them. This place is horrible. I know it?s a Friday but I literally called 14 times in a row at 7:30 and they just let it ring for over... two minutes each time until it kicked me off and I had to call back. I figured maybe it was just b/c of dinner hour but now itis 8:42 and I?ve been calling since 8:20 and they still won?t answer. Yes it is the right number I used to use this pizzaregularly and call in my order. I could overlook them always forgetting my marinara but this is insane! How are you supposed torun a business this way when you won?t even accept order? I?m done. There are plenty of places to get pizza in town and I doubtI will ever go to another location even since I had such a bad experience trying to just get a simple pizza here. Read more

Hello, I'm Erik Hernandez recently started working here at this location. Started as a job that was close enough to walk,but now... I'm given an opportunity to help in a bigger way . So I'm here to admit THIS location needs improvement! So I'm staying andtrying to be YOUR inside guy to make choosing little Caesars satisfying for lunch or dinner again. Voice your opinions to themanager or ask for me if I'm available. Ordered though pizza portal...never received email telling me order was ready. Went to pick up, entered store, no one wearing... masks despite sign saying customers had to. Portal had pizzas but no names so did not know if my order was there. Employeeremoved pizza from portal. Pizza was burnt. Chicken was burnt. Only one employee even seemed to care. Others were flippantand very busy distracting the on worker who was actually working. Won't waste my money at this place again. Read more
Every single time I've ordered from this place my food has been either been cold, not ready, or the order has been wrong. It's a... shame because I love Little Caesars. The last time I ordered, not only was my food over 45 minutes late (for pickup) but theorder wasn't complete and I received serious attitude from the workers there. The time before that they said they never got myorder even though the app said it was ready. Come to find out they gave it to another customer. So I had to wait... 40 extraminutes. Be ready to wait. Make sure you got time because they take forever. Had like 8 other people waiting while I was there and all... they were doing is yelling and screaming at each other. Also the lady that work there is rude as hell. Read more
