So I went today to get my halloween Kids meal bucket and a medium chocolate shake. When I got there they had a sign up that said... we have Halloween buckets. I asked for a chocolate shake and they said the machine was down. Then when they gave us our foodthey put the kids meal in a normal box. I wanted my Halloween bucket!! The food was bussin doe. I haven't been in a McDonald's in a long long time. Very clean and updated. Kiosks to buy your food. Computerized menu. Bathroom... was clean and neat. I wish they still had the Playlands at more McDonald's. My daughter was asking if the ones we passed hadone. This one didn't. Read more
The staff was very attentive and had personality. Drive thru is dual lane, usually very busy within Woodstock during rush hour... times but they are a chain known for how many they serve. That being said, they do so well in getting everything crankedthrough as fast as they can. Mess up's happen at EVERY restaurant, and the staff is wonderfully friendly and absolutely willingto make things right if they've been wrong. Read more
They must have monkeys preparing the food. Seriously, how difficult is it to make a simple sandwich and give it to the right... person? You drive up in one of two lanes and take a chance on them taking your order in order. I have seen 4 cars order on oneside while still waiting for someone to even say hello in the other line. Maybe consider dropping prices to make up for themistakes. Read more
I go to this location almost every morning, this morning whoever was taking my order was not speaking clearly, I asked for two... sausage muffins and I got two sausage biscuits. Just picked up 2 Southwest salads with Chicken. I have 2 pieces of chicken and half the cheese is empty, so I called to speak... to the manager and the person answered said she is the manager. I asked for her name multiple times and she refused to give meher name. She kept telling me over and over to tell her my complaint. I tell her and her response was simply that they comepre-packaged and she keeps repeating that. I ask for her manager because clearly she doesn't care. She told me to call in themorning and tells me her name is Hilda. I told her I was giving a bad review and will mention her name. She replied ok. Wait,it gets better...this prepackaged salad came with the wrong dressing. It came with Creamy Caesar rather than Southwest dressing.And look at that old lettuce. Unbelievable! This was one of the worst experiences I've had both from a food standpoint andcustomer service standpoint. At minimum, I should've been offered a replacement salad. Read more
Staff is always nice and polite. Unfortunately, the fries are usually barely warm and whoever the cooks are, they put the... sandwiches together so fast, it looks like they just slammed it all into the box. Read more
