Great food. Good service. Good value. Great atmosphere.
Great little diner on the Square serving up breakfast and lunch all day. Friendly, quick service, good food, good prices. I had... the 1/2 sandwich (BLT) and chicken noodle soup. The soup was really good - very flavorful for chicken noodle. Had a little bitof a zing. Server said it was homemade. I chose the sweet potato fries for my side and they were decent - and nice and hot. Myfriend had an omelet which she said was very good. Read more
The food was wonderful. The restaurant had gone through severe changes several years ago and we stopped going there. Didn't like... the fact that our arms stuck to the tables. But since then through two owners, the atmosphere of the original restaurant hasreturned and new fixtures, seating and decor made in a definit stop any time we are in Woodstock. And, an additional bonus,the service was very good. Read more
A great little cafe on the Woodstock square. The food was amazing and the staff super friendly! Will definitely stop in... every time we visit! The waffle with Apple pecans was Devine! Family said the stuffed crepes and avocado toast wereamazing. And great coffee! Read more

Aug. 2021: Beautiful day for breakfast outside and what better place than at Double Yolk!! I swear the service gets better... each time I come here. Today's meals were the Gyro Omelot and the Smashed Avocado Benedict. Check out the pics!!! Jan. 2021: Despite Covid, this place is truly rockin'. Again, we ordered our breakfast for pickup. Ordered the Explosion Cakes, whichthough they looked beautiful, I would not recommend. They tasted more like birthday cake than pancakes. Also got the CinnamonRaisin French toast which was less attractive but delicious nonetheless. I included pictures of both. Note: I think I willstick to their egg options in the future. 2020: I am so happy to that we still have a breakfast place on the Square, especiallya nice family place such as this. You know the food is good as there is always a wait to get in. My recommendation for thisbusiness would be to have a larger waiting area. This way people can sit inside as they are waiting. The food is great!!! Only open for breakfast & lunch. It is located on the beautiful Woodstock Square. In the spring,summer, &... fall are all great times to go to the Square. Across the street from this restaurant is the park in the center of the Square. OnSaturdays you could go out for breakfast at the Double Yolk Cafe and then walk around the Square,listen to a live band which aretypically fantastic,shop at the farmers market,and visit all of the shops on the Square. 2 of my favorites are The Back Drop andMy Little Bow Peeps Thoughtfulness Shop!! Perfect place to find something unique for a gift for anyone or any age. Btw, theDouble Yolk Cafe has delish and crispy french fries!!! The service is usually terrific. Our waitress at our last visit wasdisappointing. The food made up for her attitude. I had 1 of the best grilled,3 cheese,bacon,and tomatoe sandwiches I've evereaten!!!! Read more
