My husband and I went up to the reservation podium and proceeded to be ignored by every staff member that was coming back and... forth from different areas of the restaurant. After several minutes my husband asked one of the waitresses that had been walkingby us if there was a hostess. She then tried to assist us with our reservation which we had made an hour and a half before.After about twenty minutes of not finding our table we were informed by someone who I guess was the manager, she did notintroduce herself, that they had stopped taking reservations a few days ago because of the popularity of the band that was goingto be playing. Obviously no one had informed Mike who had taken our reservation. VERY VERY disorganized and uninformed staff whowasted our time and ruined our evening. Ultimately we walked out. The manager was unconcerned with our disappointment and Ithink relieved that we were leaving. In a customer service oriented business there was NO customer service. We will neverpatronize this establishment again and we will inform all of our friends, neighbors and acquaintances to do the same. Read more
We attended the 2022 NYE event. The entrees were plentiful and delicious. The staff bent over backwards to ensure that all guest... had a great NYE. Under new ownership now. Formally Players. The new owners are in the music business and provide live bands nearly every Friday... and Saturday night, with show times by 7pm. How great is that! The staff there are like family and very friendly. A great placeto watch Raven games or any other sport! TV?s in all locations and two private rooms available for parties. After having lunch today, the bill was $13 too high after double checking the menu's prices. The waiter claimed the computer was... down earlier due to a power outage and he apologized and said he would fix it. Upon returning with the updated bill, it wasstill $5 too high. I overheard he had a conversation with the owner who told him the prices were raised and not advertisedproperly so if customers complain, he should just give out a discount. This is poor customer service from the top down and thecustomer leaves feeling cheated. The menu does NOT advertise the current price. Customers beware. Needless to say, we will notbe dining here again. Read more
