Would give a zero star if I could. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Stood at the order counter for 20 minutes, was told... 4 times the server would be right with me. After 20 minutes I asked if it would be awhile. Was told ya it will be awhile theywere out of chicken and the drivethru was backed up. Left and there was 1 car in the drive thru. Stopped at this location during a trip, ordered wings and a Zinger sandwich for my wife. We used the drive thru as we were... trying to stay on schedule, once back on the highway I took one bite and instantly had to spit it out, The wings are rancid,sticky inside an out under the breading, The meat darkened with yellowing, Obviously expired, I?m honestly worried becausesomeone is going to get severely sick if they consume that. Each time to go in to kfc Woodstock it?s absolutely ridiculous with customer service, I feel terrible for each employee as they... look very unhappy working here. They treat others very disrespectfully as well. There?s no greeting, no positivity,nothing. Each time I order delivery it?s always 20 minutes late, food is cold and done very quick, as there?s barely anythingwithin the zinger wraps I get for me and my family, there?s maybe a tiny bit of lettuce, no tomatoes, rock hard and overcookedmeat. I also have missing items each time I order, for example, I ordered delivery just the other day I thought I?d give themanother shot as I love kfc ( when it?s done right) I was missing a large gravy, a large fry, and two Pepsis. We pay almost 40.00for our meals but only get half of it. Something needs to be done here asap, whether a new owner that treats the employeesbetter!! the last time i was at this place we walked in and ordered our food so we were waiting for our food to get ready so we sit down... and one of the workers was sitting at a table across from me and my grandmother and the worker started pulling their hair outand it was all over the table and im not what you would call mentally stable and i moved then it only got more aggressive it gotso aggressive that i full on started crying and ran out to the car and couldn't even eat my food because i fully lost myappetite Read more
This place is a joke. Went into the store to order, 10 minutes later after I ordered they tell me they ran out of chicken and... it would be another 10 minutes before more would be ready. I waited for 45 minutes in total while watching them fumble @$#&!around in the back. I have never had such an unpleasant experience at a fast food dive as this place. It was also the worsttasting greasy pieces of chicken parts I have ever had at a KFC. Will never go back to that poor excuse of a restaurant or anyKFC for that matter. Read more
I went through the drive-through today in Woodstock. The employee was not very friendly and did not even speak to me. Just... handed me my food and said nothing. It was the worse chicken I have even had! I ordered a 12 piece meal. The chicken was allvery small pieces and burnt so bad that most of it went in the garbage. I have eaten chicken for almost 60 years, and have a customer of all KFC. But a few years ago there seems to be a newly shaped... pieces of chicken sold at KFC. As far as I can figure it is either coming from some type of muten chicken or there cutter alarge piece in half and calling it 2 piece of chicken. Seriously, how can you have a KFC and have no chicken. My wife stopped in to pi k up some chicken and was told they have none,... not be because they didn't have it but they don't have a cook. Who is running this place? Read more
