Preface this by saying we did not go in or get food. However called the restaurant to try and find out what they had gluten... free, and after about 15 minutes had to give up. They could confirm they had a gluten free dough in small only, however when Itried to ask what toppings were gluten free, they asked me what I meant, couldn?t confirm if any were gluten free and then toldme they were all gluten free. Would love if someone could tell us what the actual options are for gluten free. Read more
Couldn't give 0. The worst experience at a pizza hut store. Unable to order online. The website says this store is unavailable.... The moment entered the store and said "I haven't ordered online and need to order", the response from the store is "it will takemore than 1 hour". No courtesy. I'm not here to get a free meal. The store may be super busy. But, there is a way to deal withcustomers. Shame on Pizza hut. This is not the way you treat customers. Read more
The lady, Maria Eriz, taking order was rude and not bothered. She did not even tell us about the combos available, we were lucky... enough to find one on a banner on the inside side window. No dine in yet when all other restaurants in the plaza were open fordine in. A more friendly staff is needed. Read more
I have to update my previous review. We went to this restaurant again today. Same friendly service, and excellent food. Great... buffet for $9.00. Awesome. I highly recommend this place. I met two cooks there today. Very kind, friendly, and hardworking! Very friendly service. The moment we walked in the door a gentleman greeted us with a friendly smile and greatmannerisms. We decided to wait outside for the rest of our party, and when we returned a young woman greeted us with just asmuch eager to wait on us. All employees were friendly. Wait staff, kitchen staff, and I believe it may have been the manager orowner there as well. Awesome service, food, and prices. And, they had Cinnabon?s. Yes! The authentic ones! Read more
