The food is alright but i?ve gotten a clump of hair in my food, 2 order?s labeled wrong, and an order made wrong.
Great food but very slow service. I was glad to find this restaurant today. I placed the mobile order 10 minutes before I... walked in around 4pm. Bowls are great but wraps are overloaded and burst right into your hands. Need to train their staff how to wrap burritos
Pretty good tacos ! Had the fish ( they were ok ) shrimp and beef were yummy !
Ordered a fish bowl and my wife ordered chicken. They began to make the bowls and when we asked for both beans they call out to... the back for more beans and THEN begin cooking my fish. Now both of our bowls are sitting there with rice and brown beans, andher chicken in hers. Both are now getting colder by the minute while we wait for everything to cook. Finally the fish comes outand they put 1 VERY small sliver of fish on top of my bowl and pack them both up for us. We drove home (literally 2 minutesaway) and when we sat down started to eat the dishes were so cold it was not enjoyable. The rice was dry and getting hard, thefish was over cooked and so miniscule it might as well not have been there. THE ABSOLUTE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT I have ever hadin a food place. If I could give zero I would..I bought a large burrito and a drink today at about 12pm, everything was fine till I went to a... table and a small tap made the table imbalanced and made my glass drink fall, shards of class were all over the floor, insteadof helping staff starred and didn?t do a thing while I tried to make their life a bit easier by picking up the glass shardsmyself with my bare hands , and still no assistance or asked if I was alright, I picked up most of that larger glass pieces onlytill then finally have an employee come out to clean it after we asked for a mop. They lazily watched me the whole time. Myfriend later went on to ask if we?d be able to get another drink for free since the tables were unstable, without sayinganything and gossiping in the back they come out and put the price in to the machine instead of caring about our situation?.Over all it was gross how poorly the staff treats costumers.
