We arrived and seated without having to wait. Our server was attentive coming back with our drink order and giving time to... choose our meal. After taking our food order, she disappeared. We'd been talking a while and noticed other customers, whoarrived after us, already had their apps and were being served their entree or had finished their meal and paying to leave.After checking to see we'd been waiting 1 hour, we finally saw and stopped a server to find out about our app & meals. Theydidn't come back. Stopped two more servers (one didn't bring back water we requested while waiting & the other went to findour server then went off to serve other customers and did not come back). Manager goes by so we stop him & ask. We were toldthen there was a group of 40 that arrived and our server was taken for them. We finally got our app. When the food arrived, itwas warm. My pasta looked like it was heated up in a microwave. Crusty & hard around the edges. They forgot the garlic bread(finally arrived and it was cold). The manager apologized and offered a discount on our meals. I stated to him, they knew thatgroup was coming and should have had staff previously assigned to them. Not take servers from the other paying customers. Wewere not the only ones this happened to while we were there. Won't go there anymore. Read more
Cozy service, food was good and drinks were well prepared. Nachos could have been better. Overall, good place to dine in with... family, or watch a game with bunch of friends. Thank you!!! Read more
We’ve been to Boston Pizza in Woodstock a number of times, but the last two have been abysmal. The service the second last... times was so slow, even though very few tables had customers. We tried to flag down the manager (British accent) to finally getour bill, but he pointedly looked away, and then weirdly stared out the window (doing nothing) for a few minutes. I guess hefeels he is too important to do service work even when his servers are struggling. The last time, the cutlery and glasses weredirty. Also, my salad was made with brown wilted lettuce, so I sent it back. It still showed up on our bill. In fact, bothsalads we ordered on Pasta night, which were supposed to be discounted, showed up as full price. When we noticed this error(after we paid), we were told it would be too difficult to make the $10 adjustment, so we would have to accept a giftcard. Tomuch weird behaviour and disappointing service from this location. We won’t be back. Read more
Love BP wings especially when they have a special. Was very busy and had to wait a bit to get service, and that's... understandable. Wings were fantastic and so was the brews but they ran out of blue cheese dip ???? Read more
Went there for dinner. We had the Mediterranean pizza and it was just delicious. Our server was great as well. Weather was nice... so we sat on the patio. The patio was clean and there was just a great breeze flowing all the time. Highly recommend this placeand if weather permits sit on the patio. Read more
Food was ok service was below satisfactory Smoked gouda pasta was good Bandera bread was over cooked and dry Garlic bread could... be better Kids meal with chicken strips was good Mushroom spinach pasta was dry and didn't have flavor or much spinach Cakeslice is dry and not moist, looks great in pictures It was a little busy but we literally had to walk around just to find ourserver. Asked for Tabasco which never came and use to offer parmesan but seems they are reluctant to offer that now. Had a fewdifferent servers they were awkward and kept forgetting things and would then just walk away. Been to quite a few BP locationsdefinitely this was not up to standard. Read more
Went with the family on a Wednesday night. Was surprisingly busy. Ordered 3 children's meals, two individual pizzas and spinach... dip. Very impressed with the speedy service. the boys enjoyed their pizzas and chicken strips. The Bourbon chicken pizza wasgood, though it could have had more sauce. The deluxe pizza was great. The bread was a little salty for our liking but thespinach dip was great. Finished it off with a chocolate explosion which was very good, although the cake portion was a littledry. All in all we had good food, fast service, and a great time! Would definitely recommend! Read more
