My strawberry sundae was so good! We managed to find a time that wasn't busy.
Worse service ever. I called Thursday July 21 in the morning to order a special gluten free cake (granddaughter is celiac) and... said I will pick up on Sunday July 24 after 2. Showed up today and nothing ready for me. She asked me if I was sure I calledin. I showed her on my phone "Woodstock dairy queen". No cake but they will give me a discount on a regular one. No good ... Sheis celiac and cannot have. Never dealing there again. Birthday party with no cake ???? 2 hours later they called and said theyfound my cake and I can have it at a discount price. Brisk business today as it was a scorcher and everybody wanted ice cream. My 'drumstick with caramel and peanuts' flavour ... blizzard was very good. Staff was very busy and could not keep up with wiping tables, etc- interior if store would benefit froma deep clean and a bit of a refresh. Ice cream products all good. Read more
I would normally give them 5 stars but we pointed out that they charged us $.50 more than the price listed on the menu board.... The girl up front apologized and said I will go get a manager. The manager was a teenager who proceeded to tell us they made amistake on the menu board. He told us the price on the till was right and that was the price we had to pay. No apology and nooffer to honor the price on the menu board. He treated us like it was ridiculous that we were bothering him over 50 cents. Ourpoint was that we expected to pay the price that was listed on the menu board and he should have honored that price. He needs tolearn how to treat customers when there is a discrepancy that is their mistake. Read more

Your regular town dairy Queen, run by kids but yet pretty good ice cream. It is what you would expect from a small town like... Woodstock. The parking entrance is very narrow when is full. Read more
