Kelsey's was decent. The atmosphere was the best part of my experience. The food was mediocre and the service was worse. Our... server was very nice but she visited us like 3 times. Not her fault, looked like she was bartending and had at least 5 othertables. I had to try to grab her attention a few tries before I was successful. So not her fault, probably management. Food wasOK, fries were hit or miss. Had a beer, beer was pretty good not too bad. I took some picture too, wana see some pictures?Probably will attempt to never go here again. Okay, BYE. Never had a bad experience here. The servers are always extremely nice and helpful. I was just diagnosed with a shellfish... allergy and all this is very new to navigate for me. This restaurant has some of the best servers! Every time I come in, they are so nice and willing to joke around with their... customers. Ellie is one of the best servers when I come in, and she is always there when I need something. Alta was very willingto help me when I had a questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Ellie and Alta gave me the best servicetoday. Great lunch experience with the perfect balance in service between being checked on...but not disturbed while enjoying our meal.... Great suggestion of their ultimate bacon and cheese burger (sans bun) and salad for a keto friendly meal. Read more
This area sucks for food! This is now my second time having an issue in this area. Kelseys now hasn’t cooked my chicken... properly! The chicken is pink inside and ALL the chicken was wet! Fire your chefs because I could’ve made this dish easily… Read more
Had to send the wings back (tasted reheated) and the tomatoes in my salad were not fresh. The steak melt was good though it took... a while and I had to take it to go (they forgot to out the 2 sauces for the sandwich on the side). My husband liked his pastadish and his coworker ate most of his steak meal. Read more
