Marble Slab offers some really good quality tasting ice cream as well as the unique experience of choosing what toppings go into... it. It?s so fun to be able to pick endless amounts of toppings and watch them get mixed into your own personal creation. I?vehad marble slab more times then I can count, and have even ordered it on SkipTheDishes a couple of times. The times I haveordered it, the ice cream came in perfect condition and wasn?t melted at all. There was one particular time I ordered when myorder was wrong and missing items. I called the store to discuss the issues with the staff and they were quick to personally fixit and make it right! My boyfriend always gets the ice cream sandwiches here as well and really likes them. My only reason forgiving 4/5 stars is because of the price. The ice cream is very expensive, but I can understand why, and it truly neverdisappoints. Read more

The older lady that works there or is the owner is always so unpleasant. The way she talks to her staff, she is always ordering... them around; it's like she doesn't even trust her staff. she is equally rude with the costumers, she just doesn't seem to careabout the service; she only cares about the money. After I got my ice cream cone and paid for it I asked for a cup for my dogand that lady was not even serving me but she came and told me the "the cup is not free". I have no problem about paying for thecup but she didn't need to say it in such a rude way. I did pay for the cup but I notice on the bill that it says paid for acone, so I don't even think extra charge for cup is a thing as I have never been charged this at another other marble slab. The ice cream was really good but I felt the one employee, who I think was the owner was disregarding to my family. She did not... greet us politely and tried to speed up our order. She did however say polite greetings to other customers who came in after us,and took time with their orders, which felt like we weren?t important. It didn?t seem like she wanted us in her store.
