Watched her cut my bun and it fell apart. Did not throw it out, put it back in bag. When i got home and started to eat my sub I... realized why it fell apart. Bun was not fresh at all. For the money you pay for a sub I do expect a fresh bun. So now theycutting corners on buns? What's next? Meat? No thanks. Lost a customer today. Read more
Customer service today was a disappointment. 3 employees and all had a scowl on their face. Wasn't asked if I wanted my subs... grilled and couldn't successfully cut either sub in half? Not to mention they were talking amongst themselves in anotherlanguage. Maybe some retraining is required. Read more
Staff was amazing and friendly, subs were awesome!!
First of all, I do prefer Mr Sub to Subway. It's great that it's Canadian owned. This subway however has mixed reviews for me.... Service and food were great. However the air conditioning was too cold (save the environment a little on this one), norecycling bin for cans (again environment), but the most negative aspect was that I arrived shortly after opening and thegarbages were extremely full. We decided to get subs a bit later in the evening. Google says it?s open until 10. I arrived at 8:53, and was sitting in my car... in front of the restaurant, on the phone as my mom had called on the way there. The gentleman working was kind enough toactually come out to tell me they actually were closing in 2 minutes, then invited me in to get our subs. I was so impressedwith this very kind man!
