I came here on a busy Sunday, the restaurant was full and there was one person behind the counter. Many became agitated at the... ?slow? service, and failed to realize that one person (Rowan) was doing their absolute best to make up for the situation. mysister and I were astounded with how well Rowan handled everything. Rowan was taking orders as fast as he could without becomingflustered at the situation. He was all around a great employee and with all the circumstances of his shift today he made ourexperience a pleasant one. He is definitely the kind of employee you want representing your business! I travel throughout South Ontario for work. Any and every time I'm in Woodstock I stop in at this location. Produce is always... fresh, staff and the owner are always so friendly and portions are incredible. Thanks for another great healthy lunch ???? Read more
Just went to this location in Woodstock, and the staff were less than friendly. My friend and I were both served with cold... protein (one was chicken and bacon, the other was falafel). The pitas weren?t steamed so they broke, and rewrapped, but thenbroke again. Very minimal toppings were added, although they were requested. Cookies were over cooked as well. I do notrecommend eating at this location - I?d rather drive out of town for pita pit than go here again. Read more
Very disappointed with the last two times at pita pit, the most recent time I didn't have the right toppings and they forgot to... put the chicken and grilled veggies on. I ordered in for the first time and it was a huge mistake.. total waste of 30$ theymessed up the second pita by also forgetting to put the meat but they put the grilled veggies and forgot 2 of the toppings. This place is very dirty and gross. I was an employee there and I would refuse to eat there. They do not care what they serve... you. They allow animals in the restaurant on the counter and in all honesty why would you go buy food somewhere that isn'tfriendly or edible. The picture of the silver piece is part of the grill that grease and food was left on from the night beforeand they serve customers with dirty things like that all the time. I've dealt with multiple complaints of managers rippingpeople off and being rude to customers. Half of the attitude complaints on Google are about the managers. Read more
Highly disappointed with the all in a whole . Starting from customer service to food. The pita was not properly rolled and... packed and the stuffings came out of pita even when the person gave it to me. I?ve tried pita pit at different places but neverfelt so disappointed like this. What is this? I just got this order delivered from skip I ordered a deli club. Which is bacon turkey and ham and I asked for... grilled mushrooms And a tropical smoothie add spinach . I recieved some sort of weird breaded chicken, there's no mushroomsmight I add and the smoothie would have been green if you actually added the spinach. Also what is all the highlighted things onthe receipt are you highlighting items you didn't have. And then not even having common courtesy to call to ask if I could picksomething different? i ordered off of skip the dishes clearly stating i wanted the rice bowl with no hot peppers not only did i get hot peppers on... it. it came in a pita and falling apart. then when i call to complain they say call back in 15 minutes for over an hour now. Read more
