Management pls note - Food wastage and unnecessary attitude by staff. My online order was built incorrectly. Despite my 4... attempted phone calls prior to coming in for pickup, to ensure they see the special note on the order. Regardless, I was patientand understanding, and my order was rebuilt. While walking out I mentioned to the staff that if they're throwing the incorrectsub into waste, I can just take it home. The point of me saying this wasn't to try and get free food, rather it was because itpains me to see food wastage and it makes more sense for food to go into someones stomach rather than into the garbage. I wasabruptly told that I wasn't allowed, and made to feel as if im trying to cheat the store. Honestly in today's times there shouldbe better company policies around waste. The fact that I was inconvenienced should have been reason enough to just give the freesub - to go the extra mile in customer service and also to avoid wastage of food and resources. Instead I was left feelingembarrassed and with a sour taste in my mouth - pls treat customers better. Read more
The store employee are very rude. I experienced a terrible service. I read menu to order. Because I first time to order the... product, I don't know what it looks like. They made wrong product and charge me more. I require to fix it. The girl refused atfirst and then rudely discard the wrong one and made correct one, but refused to refund me the money, and said twice to callpolice. It is nightmare. CALL POLICE? I won't suggest go to this store to buy Subway. The police could be involved in yourpurchase experience. Read more
Usually my favorite one to go to in town, but when my husband went in for me and asked for a bit salad with double bacon and... brings it home with only 4 peices on it, I was pretty upset. Not only charged for double meat but didn't get even the rightamount for one serving. Read more

Service is sub par at this location. There are a few young ladies that work here that need to level up on their customer service... skills! The food is fine but the service can be hard to swallow most times. No smiles, no response when spoken to, etc. Read more
Stopped in for a sub at this Subway store and was so pleased with the quick service. Unfortunately the toaster oven was not... working so I could not get my sub toasted but the sub tasted amazing! The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. Read more
I visited this Subway on my way to Windsor as I wanted to avoid the Onroute stop. The place was very clean and the two staff who... served us were extremely polite and welcoming. We had veg 12 inch sub with patty. The sandwich was well stuffed with veggies. Weasked for toasted and pressed sandwich which the staff happily complied with. We had a combo with drink and chip and the billcame around $16 including tax and a friendly service. I would definitely visit again. Also the strip plaza has other eateriesas well... Read more
