The red onions at this location always smell and taste out of date. Couldn?t even finish my sub sadly.

What exactly is this supposed to be? This would not even satisfy a toddler. Either offer something or don?t. Very dissatisfied... with the size of their sandwich. Never again! Read more

So I went there at 5:45pm on may 18,2022 to buy a 6inch sub. When the girl got the bun I noticed it was small. Smaller then what... a 6 inch should be. So I asked her if she could grab a different bun. She said why this is a six inch. I said awe no that?s not.So whatever. She made the sub. The meat hung out on both ends. I get to pay and I said so do I get some kind of discount for itnot being an actual 6 inch sub. She gave me the dirtiest look ever and just ignore me. So I got home and decided to measure itmyself because hey I believe that if you pay for something that?s suppose to be a certain size then you get that size. So Imeasure it and sure enough I was right. It came to 13cm which is only 5 inches. I?ve tried calling back and they don?t answerthe phone. So what I don?t get is why didn?t she just measure it her self at the store to show that it was 6 inches. Or did shedo that because they have to sell it so she?s going to lie about it being a 6 inch. I don?t get why subway don?t do one of twothings. Either have a bread cutter that?s set at 6 inches. Or actually bake 6 inch buns like every other sub shop does. Insteadthey eye it up making it so one customer is getting shorted everytime. I also didn?t like the fact that instead of this girltalking to me she gives me dirty looks everytime I asked a question. February 17 @750pm I was told that it was an inconvenience to the staff to order my 6 subs in store rather than online ahead of... time. I was told while paying for my subs today that I should have ordered them online because it would have made it easier onthe staff. Keep in mind that I was the only person in the store at the time, there was 2 staff members working, I was in zerorush, and I didn?t think it was necessary to have my subs made poorly by ordering them online. The whole point of a fast foodplace like subway is to see your food being made and have it made your way. I think it was extremely disrespectful for them totell me that I should have ordered my food online rather than I?m store. Shame. This establishment has just proved to me thatthere is zero customer respect! The owner has pushed me to no longer want to buy subs from here ever again. Read more

Food is ok. But people working there have no knowledge of recent deals. They don't know how to punch in in computer. They have... $25 gift card deal. But don't know how to give it to customer.so unsatisfied. Very few knowledge employees have. Read more

Friday evening around 9pm I sent my husband to get me a sub. I had attempted to call 3 times to give my order myself so he just... had to pick it up but no one ever answered the phone. When he got there, there were THREE employees present, all doing nothing.So why could no one answer the phone 5 minutes earlier? He proceeded to order my tuna sub, brought it home and I opened it....the bread was shredded and ripped up like a toddler cut it around where the centre cut was, sauces were oozing out of it to thepoint it looked like soup on a sub bun, and there was barely any tuna on it. It was COMPLETELY INEDIBLE!!!!! It tasteddisgusting. My husband AND kids tried a bite and all thought it was disgusting as well. I gave it to my dog to eat and even mydog wouldn?t touch it. I?ll never go back to this location again! It?s nice to have a subway closer to my home, but I?d ratherdrive the extra few blocks to get good quality food and much better customer service.
