This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in town. The drive thru is disgustingly slow. I go in, just as bad. I realize people order... half the menu and that they are short staffed, but this is outrageous. I only stop at this one because it is literally on theway to work for me. The management needs to learn how to spread out their staff between drive thru and counter moreefficiently. Also, reading the other reviews here, it is painfully obvious that the overtly positive reviews are theowners/managers trying to offset their reviews here. Read more
Aweful service, ordered a chili with a large bun, what did I receive a half bun and when I asked I order a large bun, I could... hear them arguing about "she only gets a half bun". Finally I got the 2nd half of the bun. That i paid for and requested. Gothome and looked into my order and didn't recieve the chili but a chicken soup!! Aweful Read more
I waited 10 minutes in line with 1 person in front of me. I walked out. Pathetic service when you see a person standing there... that long and all your doing is talking to your friends behind the counter. Will never be back. Worst one I?ve ever been to an I have to go here often as it?s the closest to my home. Order after order mess up. From drinks to... food it?s rare you get your order properly. A few staff members are incredibly rude and have awful customer service. I triedto reach out to complain to the store directly about getting my entire breakfast wrong and they offered me a free tea?? Formessing up all my food? Doesn?t really add up. Read more

I asked for an iced capp. First it was real creamy. Then I asked them to fix it, it came back dark like it was made with a... little milk. Then I asked for them to just make a new one and this is what I got. I?ve been working for Tim?s for 22 yrs. Theydidn?t do it properly AGAIN. I get it wrong most of the time. Not sure if they need to calibrate their machine so it?s doneright the first time, or maybe train the staff to know where the line is for when the cream to be dispensed. Read more
Fantastic service!! Staff is always friendly and quick to get orders done. Keep up thr good work! Edit: go on a weekend and they... are slow as helll. The drive thru staff stand around make you wait 5 minutes for a coffee and tea. Completely ridiculous Read more
