I've only ever been to the two Tim Hortons on Talbot Street in St. Thomas and only as a drive through customer. East talbot... street Tim Hortons has a fairly decent drive through however the product availability and service are lacking. They almostnever have the two donuts I usually get (sour cream glazed and double chocolate) and the one time they 'had them both' I pulledup to the payment window, paid via debit and afterward they told me they didn't have the one available. I was very disappointedin the service but was in a hurry and didn't have time to process a refund so I ended up with a donut I didn't even like. If ithappened once I could understand, but they are ALWAYS lacking a variety. The Tim Hortons at West End Talbot always has what Iwant, but their drive through is a terribly cramped design that blocks in anyone parked in the parking lot and is slow slowslow. Read more

This is a small store and they don?t have half the things you expect a tim hortons to have. Oh but don?t go by their menu board,... they don?t bother updating it with all of the things they never have. Ridiculous Read more

Very upset with how my food was made today. Ordered farmers wrap with spicy mayo.. which I was very happy that they were able... to accommodate my request... however if you look at the pictures, they went over board with the sauce and it was quiteunpleasant. Read more
