Ordered a large 3 topping pizza ($20) chicken parm with spaghetti ($13) and 3 cans of pop ($3) The food was not good, especially... the chicken parm and spaghetti was not good. Worse, the total should have been $36, taxes are included in their prices, I knowthis from their website. Ordered delivery. Price was not discussed, the person working did not give me a total. I told them mylocation, they said nothing. Upon arrival of the food, driver hands me the debit machine and the total says $54. I said wow, howdid we get to $54, she says Delivery is $12 to this location. Well, I think that a $12 delivery charge should have beenmentioned on the phone when I stated the location. Even still, with $12 delivery, it should have only been $48, not $54. Thisrestaurant advertises cheap prices, but in my experience, they charge you more than the advertised price and the food ismediocre at best. Read more
I don't even want to give this place one star... We order from this place at least once a month.. We loved the generous cheese... and toppings, and the service was very nice.. This last order was for my Dad's birthday and what we got was an under cookedcrust with very minimal toppings.. It wasn't even decent enough to eat. We reached out to the business and were told that theywouldn't do anything about it. The frustration in this situation is we have noticed a decline in the quality and service of notonly Woodstock pizza, but several other businesses in Woodstock. It's a shame that we can't rely on our town's businesscommunity to be accountable for bad service. We will never order from this place again! Read more
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I'm very disappointed. I always order my lunch from here cause it's fast and easy. Today I went to... borrow a fork from them and that's when the lady that works there gets VERY RUDE and starts yelling at me! Will never give themmy business again! Great pizza but they burn it. I requested it not to be burnt and when picking it up found it still burnt. I talked to the... owner/manager he got mad and said I need to request it be 3/4 cooked. He continued to yell at me saying it wasn't burnt. It wasembarrassing and very frustrating. I am very disappointed at the way I was treated. Read more
Worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered an Xtra large. The crust looked over cooked and the middle looked soggy. Picked up a slice... and everything just slid off. The cheese was solid and the whole thing just had a weird smell. Not sure what the crust waseither... Didn't taste good and was just weird. Read more
There are a lot of one star reviews!!! !!! A lot of them say that this place has gone downhill over the past year. Something has... happened and they have ruined the recipe. For us, the crust had terrible flavor. It wasn't that it was bitter, it just didn'ttaste like anything and it had a terrible crummy texture that felt like stale bread. It was supposed to be a Canadian pizza, butthere was almost no pepperoni on it. There was also very little bacon and mushroom. On top of that, the sauce and the cheesewere almost flavorless. No one wanted to eat it. Some pizza is better, or just as good the next day. This pizza is worse. Ihave a lot of pizza o have to throw away today. I don't think I've ever been in this situation. How can a place get pizza thiswrong? Kids will usually eat pizza even if it's kind of bad, but mine wouldn't go near it after a few bites. Initially Ithought maybe I was sick because my tastebuds weren't delivering the right flavor. It looks great but tastes bland at best andthe texture is beyond disappointing. The only hope they have is to rebrand, scratch everything and start over. It's all bad!!!If you are the owner, now is the time for drastic measures; everything must change. If there is anything good to say, I guessit seems that they are generous with cheese... ... That's it. To bad it didn't taste like good cheese. Fail. Massivefail.
