Door dashed some food, expected it to be a little cold. Not HOURS and HOURS old. Not to mention the name of this sandwich is BK... BACON AND SWISS CHEESE ROYAL CRISPY CHICKEN. No cheese, no bacon on it. The chicken fingers I got for my daughter are gooey andprobably undercooked. I called Burger King, guy asked for my name, the whole time he kept muting me. Then hung up, and now won?tanswer the phone. I work in fast food. I understand being busy and forgetting. But when I call, I expect a solution. Then tocontinue to ignore the phone, is unprofessional and disrespectful. It doesn?t take much to be nice. Don?t work in fast food ifyou can?t be nice and know how to correctly handle a situation. The food was essentially inedible. $29 that was thrown away due to none in my party eating more than a bite or two. The oil was... old and needed to be changed and the breading on some of my childrens nuggets was soft from being cooked smushed together. Thetea was sour/old. My Whopper was assembled by a blind person...totally messy, and they forgot they Xtra pickles and onions. Lettuce was sparse and... white. One bite and I was ready to toss it in the garbage. Very disappointed with our visit. We don't normally dine in but decided to this time. The flavored sodas were empty and I... decided to try the new southwestern burger and it was flat as a pancake and the burger tasted dry. 1 of the servers was shoutingat someone else and everyone could hear which was unprofessional. Sunday at 3pm. I was the only vehicle In the line for the entirety of this experience. Ordered two meals at the drive through.... Was told there would be a 3-5 minute wait, paid, pulled forward 25 minutes and 0 new customers later nobody came out. Wentinside and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. Absolutely unacceptable. All the Burger Kings in this area have gone to Hell!! And Tom's King doesn't return emails or phone calls! This trip we didn't... get anything because as I used the restroom my brother attempted to order, but had no luck. When I came out of the disgustingbathroom with no paper, he still had not ordered. There was one man in front of him when I went in, the entire lobby empty.There was still one man in front of him when I came out. The table were all dirty, the floor dirty, and the employees werejoking and having a good time. I didn't even have to say anything, he just followed me out the door. The picnic table outsidewas about to fall into the handicapped parking space. We had a similar experience at the Strasburg location a few weeks ago.Apparently they are only concerned with interstate traffic, those that, like us, won't be returning! Read more
