I place an online order at approximately 3:35 PM for a family size chicken nuggets. I went to the pick up window and I was told... by the employees they are not sure how many nuggets are in a family size chicken nugget... My order # is the following:511592395. I tried to cancelled my order after they told me it can't be fulfilled; however, it told me it was alreadyprocessed. It's weird because this location fulfilled this order in the past... Food was typical Wendy's but the dining room was filthy. When we were there 2 employees took their breaks in the dining room.... Neither did anything about it after their breaks. Every single table had a mess of some sort on it. Every one. Read more
This Wendy's is the worst! The order is most likely wrong!! Never any ketchup, dressings for salads even though you ask if it's... in the bag!! Then you get home and call, no one answers!!! Asked numerous time for ketchup did get any at all just got the ghost pepper sauce which I do not like. They said they put... ketchup in the bag, but when you get home there is no ketchup at all. They just purley lie to peoples faces called twice but noanswer. They need clean up there act fast and not lie to people that there is ketchup when there was not any in the bag commonson of the guns. I don?t know what it is, but Wendy?s employees seem to be exceptionally friendly no matter where you go. The food is the same,... whether you?re in New York or Virginia, although, the prices are lower in Virginia. Even though fast food is not usually myfirst choice, when I do get it, Wendy?s is my go to. Read more
This is probably the worst Wendy's I've been to. The only thing good here is the soda and the frosty. The fries were stale and... unsalted, they shorted the lettuce on my burger, and the cashier wasn't very customer friendly. They don't clean up the tablesas often as they should, or the floor. Limited soda selection, and the burgers do not taste fresh at all. The cook staff did notpay attention to certain orders from the person in charge. The tea tastes off as well. Read more
Really good burgers! My husband and I agree that these were the best-tasting Wendy's burgers we've had in a long time. They were... flavorful and not dry. The fries, however, left much to be desired. Little to no flavor. Maybe they forgot to salt them? Diningarea was fairly clean, paper supplies and condiments were well-stocked, service was as expected for a fast food restaurant. Theworst part was the bathrooms - not clean and the women's bathroom toilet wasn't flushing. I told the cashier about the toiletand he shrugged and said it's been like that for a week.... ???? Also, I was disappointed to find there was no changing table ineither bathroom. There was definitely plenty of room for one. Read more
