Waited a hour and twenty minutes on a pizza sub. Still didn't get it that's just when I called them and told them to cancel it.
Less then a one star?.. Very upset with the food from marcos tonight.? not only was it delivered 2 hours late but also had hair... in the pizza and as you can tell it has been mushed. Be all mean ain?t the driver fault, she was very sympathetic and nice. Called up to the store and the manager was rude to the one who called to tried to get it fixed and figured out. Looks like wewill be driving to perrysburg to get marcos from now on.?? Read more
The no crust bowl has gotten really skimpy. Went to pick up food and was told in 2or 3 min. 10 min later asked again. He... checked and it was two boxes that were there when I first came in. Domino's may be further but never a problem. If there isthey compasate and make it right. Read more
Placed an order online two hours before their closing time, took my money, cancelled my order, then proceeded to be short and... rude with me when I called to get a refund. Horrible customer service. Still have not gotten the refund I was promised as it hasbeen longer than 3 business days. My advice is to not use this particular location. Read more
We always have the best experience with this Marco's. We live just outside the delivery area but they always meet us 5 minutes... from our house. Food is always perfect and delicious! Delivered earlier than quoted! They also deliver to Sycamore Grove, whichis only the hippest spot to play pool. We appreciate y'all! Thanks Marcos!! Read more
Marco's Pizza Woodville, Ohio has the rudest manager tonight. I called to complain about an overcooked cheesy bread and he told... me I'm the only one to complain. I don't care if I'm the only one! He basically told me "too bad"! When I asked him his name, hehung up on me!! ???? Way to go Marco's!! You need customer service training! Read more
