Food was cold, service was awful. Waited almost 45 minutes at the pick up window while employees were having melt downs inside.... Total chaos! Did refund 5 dollars but i was treated terribly for even asking for a refund or fresh food. Manager wasn't nice orcourteous either. Terrible experience!!! Read more
Food was finished quick and they had lots of other orders. Customer Service was great the food was excellent!
As we were passing through we stopped in for the buffet. ???? It ends at 1:30 PM. About 1:30 PM come more people or not, NOTHING... else is put out. The PIC MADE THAT CLEAR. Salad bar was typical and satisfactory. I guess it's been forever since I steppedfoot inside a PH. It was clean and well maintained. The service was horrible as soon as we walked into the door the male waiter was rood and the service was extremely slow we sat... here for about 15 minutes before he even took our drink orders and then when he came back to take out food order he was veryshort with us and did not write anything down as we had a little bit of a complicated order. Stopped in on a Wednesday for a carryout lunch. I wanted to try one of the new PIZZA hut melts. It's like a thin crust pzone. ... It was ok. Kinda messy. It was fairly greasy on tje outside.
