This location has gone down hill tremendously. Ordered the new chophouse burger and asked to add puckle and mayo. After... waiting for 15min a lady came to our car to tell us they were out of pickles and the brioche buns and ask if we wanted a reg bunor toast. Received food and the fries were cold and there was no mayo and very little aioli on the bun. For 18.?? I'd hope forbetter quality of product. I went there to order a coney hotdog without cheese, which may not be convenient but my coworker can?t have cheese. I get it, it... has cheese, so I return it and ask for a new one. They get it right? only to not provide silverware or napkins. And to top thatoff, we had to wait 30 minutes in the heat for our food. Not saying it?s a horrible place or food by any means as I enjoy eatingthere once in a while, but it seems the staff needs to pay attention to orders if they?re to stay in business. Read more
The staff is pretty rude, they interrupt you while you?re talking or asking something and if you dare to ask them to repeat... something they?ll start treating you like if you?re an idiot, also they added stuff to our order that we didn?t asked and theycharge us for that too. I understand that it?s fast food and well, they need to be FAST but their customer service reallysucks. The food was good tho. Read more

I don't eat out often but the girl and I stopped in a I quickly realized I should have went to the Chinese restaurant down the... road, the guy taking the order was either high or just plumb stupid...had to repeat each item ordered 3 or 4 times , and stilldidn't get it right. The guy that brought my order never gave me my change wasn't much just $0.98 , but it's the principle. Sadpoint is they weren't even busy. Nah I won't be back for anything. Read more
