I've been here a couple times now (when family visit we take them here). The lobster rolls are amazing! Fries are delicious. ... But my favorite was actually the French onion soup with a side salad. Second best French onion I've had, but first best lobsterroll. I have tried the haddock and Reuben as well. I have not had a bad dish yet and will visit again. The decor is fun. Somuch to look at. Old shaker furniture and collectibles. You get a museum experience, amazing food, and friendly staff. We'vehad the same waitress, Ashley I believe (red hair). She is so sweet! Read more
First of all the food was not good. Ordered a steak and it had zero seasoning, not even salt or butter. It tasted like beef... jerky. Then to change from a Caesar salad to a house salad with just croutons it added 3.00 to the bill. Then the pricing ofthe steak and the dessert did not match the menu. The dessert came out cold when it says on the menu it comes out hot. Itwas in a 3 oz cup for 9.99. Do not eat here as it is a tourist trap with bad food. Read more
Great service; lunch menu selections were abundant and the haddock sandwich and crab/lobster roll were both delicious! Try the... hand made lemonade or the root beer too! Nice water views as you eat. Read more
We come to Maine each year to visit family. Last year we ate at this restaurant and although expensive, the food was good. Today... we ate there and were disappointed. The lobster roll is $40, which I feel is too much. I had the clam strips, husband had friedshrimp and scallops. Our adult kids had burgers. We all felt underwhelmed. The fries were good but the clams, shrimp andscallops were lukewarm. Unfortunately I don’t think we will go back next year. Read more
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Cutest restaurant with eclectic decor . I loved looking at everything. We sat by the window and listened to... some great live music while enjoying a delicious meal! My husband got the lazy lobster and was in heaven! I really enjoyed myprime rib. The waitress and staff were super friendly. We will definitely be back. Read more
Staff is incredibly friendly, drinks are good and the Caesar salad ( I’m not usually a fan ) was fantastic. Homemade dressing... was the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is relaxed and the restaurant is welcoming! And the main course is beyond words! Read more
Giant Lobster Roll was decent. Definitely Overpriced for what a Lobster actually cost per pound they definitely use the novelty... of the biggest Lobster Roll to charge what they charge. Is it good Absolutely, it tastes great very happy with the quality. Thecould give a bigger side of fries when you purchase the Lobster Roll. Service was ok. Kinda Don’t like having a camera shovedin my face because I was crazy enough to buy a $160 Lobster Roll. Would we go there again I would say yes. They definitely havea good Atmosphere and food. But won't spend that much on a Lobster Roll again . Read more
World's biggest lobster roll, hands down the best lobster roll in town. Even all the other seafood options are amazing. There is... some road maintenance happening near the place these days. Awesome service! Read more
