I went there with friends and noticed workers touching the food without gloves cooked and uncooked. We then saw a non employee... walk in and touch the product and tools without washing hands as well as touching her phone and face and other employees. We didnot see an employee once wash their hands either. They then dropped our sauce on the floor then put it back with the othersauces. I work in fast food and this is vile. Read more
Worst customer service I have ever received. I?m usually not one to get upset about this kind of stuff because I?ve worked... restaurant life before. However I got delivered the wrong thing and I called to let them know and talked to the rudest person Ihave encounter. No apology for getting the order wrong, said a ridiculous wait time, and hung up on me. Read more
You can never order online at night and they try not to answer the phone. Just pathetic! Will be contacting corporate because... clearly many people have issues with this dominos and I?ll be the one to make sure you pay the consequences. Read more
They missed one order of the appetizer when I picked it. After calling them, they said they can't deliver because it is outside... the delivery area. With the inconvenience that has caused me and my guests, I would have appreciated the free order for me butthe manager don't understand it from customer point of view. Read more
I order from dominoes on Social street in Woonsocket RI maybe once a month if that. I ordered a cheese pizza for my child &... buffalo wings for myself. The pizza box was wet upon arrival. Then after opening the box , inside what looked like a cheesepizza - looked like cheese slapped onto dough. Their was burnt pizza on the side of the box, half the crust missing & it lookedlike straight trash! The wings were cold and not even buffalo like asked. I always try to compliment on the mobile ordering app& I always tip the driver. When I called the store to report it. The manager and staff laughed at me, refused to help me & wouldnot refund my order either. I can?t believe the services i was provided after all this time. The new dip is one of the worst things Dominos has produced. It's congealed, flavorless, grainy, and it separated. I can't... imagine what the ingredients are to get all these descriptions and still taste like nothing. So strange. Highly do notrecommend. Read more
First order, they gave me like 1/3 the usual amount of noodles in the pasta (this is untouched after opening it), and they... seemingly throttled our lava cakes cause they arrived in a mound of fudge & cake. Then tonight at 6:30pm we ordered; (a pizza,cinnamon twists & icing, buffalo wings, & a 2 liter of sprite). It is now 8:15pm, the order says it's complete, but we haven'treceived any of it. We try to call the store but the line is busy and it auto hangs up on you. Terrible service 2x in a row. Iwill not be ordering again. Read more
