A message for the franchisee of this particular location. PLEASE invest in some job training for your employees! I can't fathom... how someone can ask me for my very ordinary coffee order FOUR times, and STILL mess it up. But it's happened here too manytimes. It takes longer for the front counter to take my order on Sunday than it does for me to drive home. Today was the lasttime though. Not like my $6.00 coffee order once a week will make or break you, but I'll never again order a coffee from thislocation. I've never felt so much frustration than when I'm trying to order 2 coffees here. Please train your personal, beforeyou lose even more business. I literally walked in after driving BACK to your location today, and just left my coffee on thecounter. Didn't even want a refund. The managers and worker's there a pretty cool and I've never had an issue with them filling my order. Always bright... personalities and on point with everything. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the District Manager he has absolutely nopersonality and truly does not value his customers or employees. Read more
By far the best Dunkin in Woonsocket. I have gone to every location in Woonsocket multiple times. I hate to say, most are not... good at all. There are at least 3 Dunkins in Woonsocket closer to my house but I choose to go to the Social St location. I havegone at all different times of the day and have ordered different coffees a few times. Never have I had to ask them to remakethe coffee. It has always been made perfectly and exactly as I ordered it. This is also one of the friendlier Dunkins I havegone to. Very nice employees who are great at what they do. I was there today in the drive thru for one of my free beveragerewards. The line was very very long, I was regretting ordering through the app. Well, not only did they get the line movingvery quickly, but it was clear they waited to make my coffee so it would not be all melted or watered down. It is july 10th 12:36 I went in to Dunkin' donuts and the workers were yelling at each other 1 was screaming and the other... worker said i can't take orders because you are screaming and the other worker laughed at her for it and she said is it funnyand she goes yes so they proceeded to argue in front of us and another worker started Talk trash about Me right in front of mebecause they gave me a Mini bagel when I wanted a average size bagel They were not professional at all and the one who wasworking at the window she said she had 20 minutes left and she didn't want to be left alone She was worried because the womanwho was working the headset was threatening to leave because the black woman was bullying her It sounded like a fist fight wasgoing to break out. I ordered from Dunkin as a walk in customer. Everything was fine with my order when I gave it. Stood waiting for 1 large hot... coffee with espresso shots and a small frozen coffee, I kid you not I waited 15 min still no coffees went thru 3 differentpeople to try and make espresso not one person could work the machine finally got me worked up I as for my money back. Employees here sometimes lie to customers about what they have to avoid putting more effort than they want to. Not too bad... depending on what you order, but if you want powder in your Vanilla Chai look elsewhere. Read more
I only insist on being a repeating customer because the nice lady inside I believe her name is January always makes my coffee... right, is pleasant, and starts my day off great. But lately I've been encountering someone who looks like the owner, he'sdressed in a button up and slacks never in uniform. He is very rude, makes me feel like I am an inconvenience to his time andhis business. I recently asked the price of an item and I guessed it and his was response was "something like that idk." Ifyou're the owner or manager shouldn't you know or atleast check the prices of any item. Unfortunately I will continue to gothere but if anyone doesn't want a bad experience I suggest you don't visit. Read more
