Jeannine the manager is horrible attitude the worse.. I ordered a crossiant with butter and cheese,cheese melted she said... can't melt the cheese can't give anything hot per corporat it can burn... wait I come here all the time i order the same thingshe said well there doing it wrong.. why is she arguing with a client I'm a manager myself and I could not believe her demenorthe way she spoke.. if you can't order anything hot why have a oven you have hot sandwiches.. this suppose to be fast and easyservice how are you angry early in the morning ruining other people's day she should be making the bagels in the back with thatattitude away from ppl.. she definitely needs a retraining on customer service Read more
Really my only complaint about this location is there is one employee who consistently is stationed at the DT window. Shes an... older woman, who always just looks utterly miserable. Ive never caught her name, but she barely even speaks when giving theorder through the window, rolls her eyes if I ask for a tray when I have multiple drinks, etc. Today I went to pick up my order,which I will admit was on the larger side, but it was all in 2 bags ontop of a box of donuts, which, having worked at Dunkiesfor multiple years, is entirely manageable. As she passed me my order, she made snide remarks about having ordered too much.What she didn't know is that my mother unexpectedly passed away last night, and I am trying my best to keep everyone fed, allwhile attempting to stave off my own break down. Please take a moment to speak with whomever this woman is and remind her thatshe has no idea what is going on in the customers lives. And maybe keep her off the positions where she actually has to dealwith the public. Read more
Hands down the best Dunkin in the city. They always make my Latte how I like it.
During this stay home directive I can't go past my driveway due to being in a high risk group. But my sister has been bringing... me my favorite drink- Iced coffee! UPDATE: 1/24/2022. Would like all to know, This is the better location out of the nearby Dunkin locations. Food and drink I had tasted warm fresh... and tasty. They never mess up my coffee/order. Staff is friendly. Some other nearby locations from here have had burnt coffee/stale bread/overcooked English muffin ETC. This one I'll drive a little extra to visit. Deff recommend! Read more
