Strap in because this is a long one. I live right around the corner from this dunkin and I frequent there because it's in... walking distance. I never planned on making a review because I didn't think the place was that bad, sure the staff were poorlymannared and they prioritized their own pride over treating the customer with respect but my orders were mostly right. Today Icame in and ordered a strawberry frosted with sprinkles and a chocolate frosted with sprinkles and a medium matcha latte. Thelady who took the order put the donuts in the bag together frosting sides touching, then she tossed the bag onto the counter infront of me. I waited a good three minutes for my matcha and they gave me a mocha iced coffee. When I told them I didn't orderthe coffee they said I was wrong and wouldn't remake the drink. I was fuming and ended up doordashing my matcha at even then itwas made poorly. This is the worst dunkin in woonsocket amd I've been to them all. I understand customer service isn't a funwork environment but they aren't even trying! I'd rather walk to Park Ave than order there again. Read more
