Ordered 2 happy meals, one a cheeseburger and the other a 6 piece nugget. Got 2 cheeseburgers. And apples when I asked for extra... fries. The fries were cold, I threw out one cheeseburger and wasted my time and money. This location can?t get the simplest ofthings right. If you provide the wrong food, at least let it be hot. It's very clean an freindly staff but did wait longer then I needed to at the front counter
At the drive thru I was told I could only get a soda if I went in because the machine was not working at the drive thru. I asked... if someone could get and and was told no twice until I asked the assistant manager and he said yes. They are so lazy. This isseriously the worst location Read more
A nice modern McDonald's with plenty of seating and parking. Restrooms are clean and easily accessible. Counter service was... quick and food was made correctly. Self-service ordering kiosks are available too. I did not use the drive-thru, but it lookedlike it was moving pretty quick anyway. Read more
The interior is beautiful and well furnished excellence in cleanliness. Food is another story. My chicken mcnuggets were... deflated as if the meat had been sucked out of them. My cheese burgers were a total mess. Read more
This is their version of a McDouble with no pickles. I ordered 3...and they all looked the same. I was highly disappointed ????... I?m glad I ordered a large fry...that?s what I ate. My boyfriend did eat the burgers...he said they were very bland and thebread was hard on the edges. I wanted a sprite to drink...they were out ???? so I opted for a strawberry shake which I didn?tknow came with whipped cream ???? scraped that right off. This is the most modern and up to date location in the McDonalds empire. The restaurant had just been renovated recently. Mobile... order worked so quickly as soon as I hit submit the restaurant had my order near instantly. There was zero lag betweensubmitting my mobile order and completion. It was a fast as ordering in person! Location scores high marks for quality,cleanliness and service. The only thing that needed improvements was the poor condition of the parking lot. Read more
How this location(Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket RI) stays in business is a mystery to me. I have ordered from this location several... times, because it?s closest to my home. Every. Single. Time. the order is missing several items. Tonight we got 2 out of the 5items we ordered?. TWO OUT OF FIVE?. I?ve worked in fast food(including McDonald?s) so I know how easy it is to read an orderscreen. Idk what you guys need to do to fix this problem but my god do it. Read more
