This is the second time we have ordered and had a issue with The pasta and sauce smelling and tasting horrible. Definitely... would never order from them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a simple cheese pizza and some fries and it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! The fries... were so bland and the BBQ sauce was watered down. The pizza was burnt, hard as a rock, cheese was hard and altogether the pizzatasted old!!!! Didn't even taste like pizza. The manager there is RUDE and didn't want to rectify the situation. He offered tomake another pizza, but wanted me to pick it up and kept blaming Door Dash for ruining the food. And then he eventually hung thephone up on me!!! I will never again order from here!!! The pizza sauce lacks flavor and are bland. Try adding some more vinegar, salt, garlic, sugar, and spices to spruce it up. The... toppings are too soft and mushy you can't find them anymore. This happenings when they are cooked for too long or sliced up toothin. The dough could be a little bit more chewy. Try playing around with different flours to get the protein right. I carefully read reviews prior to trying a new restaurant and although I've lived in Woonsocket for 3 years, I have avoided this... place due to how many bad reviews it has gotten. My boyfriend however, ordered here the other day and told me I should give it ashot. We ordered from here tonight and it will be the last. I ordered online at 7:27pm and the food arrived after about an hour.The delivery driver accidently dropped part of our order onto the porch - accidents happen, but when they say its going to beremade and delivered to you, you'd think that it would be made a priority. Unfortunately, after two phone calls to them, at9:45pm it still hasn't arrived. Over two hours after the original order was placed and there's been no offer of a refund. Notsure who wants to eat dinner at 10pm on a Sunday night, but we certainly don't. Trust the negative reviews. Never again. Read more
I?m so sick of going back and forth with the quality of their food. I ordered a basic salad and it was made wrong. I got potato... skins that are so burnt I don?t even want them anymore. Called and ordered for pick up, when my stepdad got there to get the subs they gave him the wrong order. They had called me once... and I missed a call, when I called back they refuse to deliver the correct food due to me not answering the call even thoughthey are the one that gave us the wrong order. Best chicken and broccoli Alfredo Calzone ever! Yummy mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. Super great costumer service-... everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything perfect. Definitely recommend coming here. Read more
