Customer service is THE WORST! Fast food should be quicker than 20 minutes. They can never take on more that 2 orders at a time... and when you tell them at the ordering area they don?t type in the order and will re-ask you at the window. The. They will stillmess it up. This restaurant had dirty tables, trash on the tables as well. The trash bins were over flowing. The condiments, napkins and... utensil area was empty. The employees had no sense of urgency. Your normal Popeyes! This location has a bit longer of a wait than most, but the staff definitely isn?t sitting around. They are... all on the go running around. Must be short staffed. But doesn?t bother me. They get my food, and they make them biscuitsperfectly. Read more

I just started going here. The Service can be a little slow, and the gravy has a bit too much pepper for my liking, but the... chicken is delicious! The mac n cheese is creamy and reminds me of homemade. The kicker for me is the coleslaw. I feel likecoleslaw can be hit or miss depending on the restaurant, Popeye's is a hit for me. Read more

My first experience with Popeyes, and I was not let down. I chose the drive thru for my order. I was in line for a little while,... with only 1 car in front of me. This place is always under par. There could be 2 cars in the drive thru line and your wait is never less that 15 minutes. This... trip was like the others. Food was correct after having to order twice because the staff was to busy talking to each other andtrying to take an order at the same time. It didn't work because when I got.to the window 10 mins after ordering with only onecar in front of me I had to tell the drive thru Staff my order again and then I had to pull over and wait and additional 10minutes.
