Couldn't get waited on at Beal Ave. in Wooster. They were changing workers, weighing the money, etc. and said it would be just a... minute. We waited what we thought was a reasonable amount of time and then left. Nothing was said, in fact, they didn't evenlook at us. Read more

Extremely busy, staff was prompt, friendly...food was hot and delicious.
My Momma and I pulled up this evening, there was a single truck, with a single man sitting at the window and not another vehicle... at the premises; we think it's going to be a quick stop to grab a Gyro for my Dad and be on our way. We waited to order for 8minutes.. then we pulled around to the window, only to see the same feller still sitting there in the truck.. preceded to waitanother 10 minutes and finally got up to the window. I don't think I've ever seen people work, but not do anything productive..it was weird.. the wait time was un-real.. I've worked fast food, it's not difficult.. so many questions.. not the first timewe've had issues at this establishment, won't be returning here again. Our mistake really. Read more
The people were nice, patient with us while ordered, and the food was good.
Can't even fill an order of fries more than half full... last time I went had to sit in the Drive-Thru for half an hour and the... food was terrible! Arby's replied that they would make it right and give me something for the time THEY GAVE ME NOTHINGBOLD-FACED LIARS! I'VE GIVEN THEM OVER A WEEK TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEY IGNORE ME. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE INFINITY STARSI WOULD! Portions of anything good are too small and any decent portion is just an Overkill of low quality. Super rude! Manager actually yelled at me through the drive thru speaker over a coupon and how to readuse it. Doubt I return!
