The people that work at the downtown Buehler's are PHENOMENAL. The customer service there is impeccable. Everyone and I mean... EVERYONE from any department is courteous & respectful. Hands down make you feel as if you are a part of there Buehler's family!Going to add a little bit more to this. I came here for the first time in over a year. The kids and I came for a few things after playing at the park near by. The staff... was nice, the store was clean and had the shelves stocked. The prices weren't too bad for what we were getting and they had acouple things that we were not able to get at other stores. I like the smaller version of the major store as well. I like beingable to get in and out. Read more

There was an issue with the price of red seedless table grapes advertised for 1.99 for a pound ringing up for 3.69 for a pound.... Brought it to cashier's attention but was told by them I had purchased the wrong item that I had purchased holiday grapes. ThatI would have to go to service counter in order for me to get the correct item so I then proceeded to service counter and showedthem and we went and checked the produce section sales sign clearly states red seedless table grapes 1.99. Which is clearly whatI bought. Issue was PROMPTLY and VERY satisfactorily fixed. Hat's off to a top notch service counter worker. Thank you toservice counter worker. You know it's just nice clean place well set up I find the prices to be expensive $1 or $3 more than other places but that's... probably because you're paying for the grocery carts with the little information panel on them. But if there was like a Walmartor a Save-A-Lot in the area or even an Aldi's I probably go there just for the fact that I can save money and not pay stupidbuehler prices Also your automated self checkout thing is very annoying doesn't really have to sit there and announce to theentire store how much each of my items are I literally do the math for other people's groceries in my head as I wait in the lineand I'm like oh they spent x amount of dollars Because I can hear every dollar amount being spent Read more
