I ordered dinner around 230 as it was a Saturday and I knew they would get busy. I requested a 5pm delivery. I was surprised and... annoyed that they showed up at 340. I informed the driver and he placed blame on the kitchen staff. I immediately call andrequest to speak to their manager and the girl goes “uhmmm….” Long pause and then states ok. Then she gets back on thephone and states their profess for timed ahead orders. She then blames the delivery driver because “he took your order overthe phone”. I informed her a female was who I spoke to and she had no reply to that. She asked if I wanted it redelivered at5. I declined because one of the pizzas would go to waste. Then she stammers around and ask if I wanted a credit. This is stillnot the manager. I get mistakes happen but I’ve ordered ahead before and they delivered it way too early then as well. I toldher they clearly didn’t care based on her attitude and she ended the call. They have the most uncaring employees. No one seemsto care about good customer service. So frustrating because they have good food. I just wanted some sincerity in an apology andthat is clearly lacking for this place! Read more
Ordered salads pizza and chicken for a table of 5. Salads come out early even though one was a meal. Ok. One small pizza and a... sub sandwich come out next. Other small pizza and chicken dinner don’t come to the table. After 20 minutes we hunt down ourwaitress and ask about other food and drink refills. She says that’s how the food comes out. No apology, no estimate for whenthe 2 people will get their food. Then she brings 2 drink refills and gives me zero ice in my iced tea, even after I asked forit. We ask to get 2 remaining meals to go. 15 more minutes pass. Then they bring the boxed up small pizza, no explanation aboutthe chicken. We ask for the manager, no apology, no explanation. Other customers are shocked by the managers attitude. Aftermore than an hour we get the rest of our order to go. But after how the server and the “manager” acted who would feel safeeating it. A quick run in to grab an Antipasto salad for a dinner compliment. Called ahead...said it would be ready in 15.....paid and out... the door in 10. Slam bam thank you ma'am. Slick and easy. These salads are so delish. And for the price, serves 3 withleftovers. Read more
Tonight, terrible service. Had to ask to be waited on. Finally, order our pizza, took a long time finally brought pizza, then we... waited on plates. We saw another couple come in and then they left, no one waited on them. I will say the pizza was excellent.No mints with bill. This is unusual for this place. Read more
First time trying this pizza and it was very good. Pizza was a perfect size with a matching price. Cheesy bread was really good... as well with a nice flavor besides just a cheese flavor didn't even need the marinara sauce. Meatball sub was big and very tastyper my hungry son. I called my order in 3 times repeating my simple order to her. Large pep and feta. The woman was not listening seem more... interested in getting me off the phone. When I got there at 5 it was pep only. When I asked if they could remake it for 8pmthey agreed. But when I received it at 8 it was clearly the same pizza they sprinkled feta on and reheated it. Causing the fetato burn. This has never happen before . They clearly didn't care what product they gave us. Absolutely will not be back. Thereare so many good pizza joints around us. Please don't waste your time on a 50-50 shot they actually care about you. Read more
