Ridiculous.. used to go here very often. Nobody answers the phone, makes you download an app that doesn't even let you order.... I'm not driving to the other end of town to make a huge order and wait in my car. Now they're only open until 4pm on Saturdays,what the hell is that. Definitely lost our business. UPDATE: this location couldn't handle the surplus of order because of the NFL, and closed for the day. What a joke. So let's... get this correct. Every time we try and stop for Hot N Ready pizza, they never have it. Always tell us it will be 20 to 30 minutes. Made the... mistake one night and waited almost 45 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread. Little Ceasars is supposed to beconvenient. I'll never go back. Read more
I have not been to This Little Caesars for several months now. The last three times I tried to go they weren't open when they... were supposed to be. The last time I went three employees were standing outside smoking cigarettes. The restaurant was supposedto be open but they said that the food prep person had not come in to work. So they decided to just stand around outside insteadof doing the prep themselves. It is the worst run restaurant I've ever been to. I will never return. Read more
Pretty irritating that I get there tonight at 9:40 to walk in and grab a pizza and they are already closed. Website says that... they are open until 10. The employee that is INSIDE of the store walks over to the door, looks at my daughter as she is tryingto get in, and turns around and walks away. Could have taken 10 seconds, popped the door open, and explained why they closedearly. Nope. Looks right at her and just nonchalantly walks away. Garbage pizza and garbage service? haven?t gotten it in years thought try again wow I was wrong. Ordered online and still waited... over 30 minutes past time total of 68 mins for pizza( hot n ready) B**** please? waited in line 20mins to ask about my order,thin older blonde at register didn?t even care to hear me out completely before telling me to move to the side so people canorder?. This place has gone downhill fast.. I went tonight to get pizza and the woman who "helped" me couldn't even be bothered to open... the door to the warmer all the way.. She turned my pizza to a 45 degree angle when she pulled it out. 1/5 is probably a bithigh to give them. The ONLY thing going is it's super cheap pizza there. Sadly it used to be a pretty good place to get cheappizza.. It's almost all the LC employees from K-Mart decided to work at this one. They couldn't even be bothered to cut mypizza properly.. I've been going to this location for years. I've always been able to order a garlic butter( white-out) pizza. I ordered over... the phone. I get there an hour later and only 2 of my pizzas are there. I ask about 3rd. Was told they don't do the pizza Iasked for. Told her I've always ordered one. She tells me that they've never made them. Um. Ok. That's not true. Says theydon't have stuff to make it. Explain to me how you make the garlic bread then? Same concept. I've got these pizzas at 2 otherlocations before too. On another note, crazy bread had barely any butter and no sprinkled cheese. Not so crazy. And do theyno longer cut the pizza???? Read more
