Very disappointed that the employees and manager don't know how to use their system. I ordered and payed on the mobile app to... take advantage of a deal. When I got to the window the employee said I owed money for my order. I explained that I ordered andpaid on the app. The manager came and said I still owed the money and it looked like only half of the order was paid for. Ipaid with cash and the manager said if my bank account was charged I could get a refund of the money. I returned and explainedthe situation to another employee with proof that my bank account was charged for the order and they still would not return mymoney. This was an enormous hassle caused by the manager not knowing what she was doing. I had to dispute the charge with mybank in the end to get my money returned. I will never return to this McDonalds and would caution others from doing so as well. Read more
Today we purchased a Large Sweet Tea with Light ice for myself and a small fry for my Son. The Tea was Sweet and the fries were... super fresh and heaping full! The service was friendly and we were served very quickly. Within minutes we were on our way. Verywell done, great staff and teamwork. Thanks! ???????? Read more
Wow this McDonalds is the largest disappointment of an American fast food chain I think I?ve ever come by. We just needed to... pick up a Door Dash order for someone and it was 15 minutes late. An employee came out and hugged and was with her boyfriend infront of customers. Someone came in and waited so long he decided to step away. The store smelled like the back end of a horseand what I?m assuming was the manager had the angriest tone when giving people their orders. Never going back, not even to pickup other people?s orders. We got everything we ordered. We thought we were missing on small fries. Sales showed we ordered one not two. We kept having... to tell the window person our order, over and over, her request not ours, so I'm not surprised we didn't get two small fries. Food was good but now I remember why we hadn't been to this McDonald's for awhile. Read more
UGH, they don't know the difference between sweet tea and unsweetened tea. Check your order if I could give negative review... stars I would. They don't deserve even 1 star. Read more
My sister and I stopped for lunch. My sister placed her order on the kiosk, but when I began my order as soon as I hit the... button to customize my order the kiosk shut down and said I needed to order at the counter. Well that was another thing. Therewere at least 4 or 5 staff members standing around by the French fry cooker and to go window. They could see that we werewaiting to both pay and order my order? I ordered ice tea and they said they had to get that from behind the counter. Our foodwas ready and still I waited for my drink. I went back up to the counter to get some salt. Once they gave me the salt I stillhad to wait for my drink? people came and got their food while I still waited. I finally got my drink. Another older couple camein while we were eating and they waited for at least 10 minutes until they were waited on. The restrooms were dirty and the handdryer barely blows air to dry your hands. I understand the reasoning of using the kiosk but the fact that it does not allow fordeviation from the menu item renders it useless??. Read more
I arrived at the drive through at 10:51pm. They took the mama order in front of me but not my order. They said they were... ?closed?. Yeah maybe at 11:00 pm. I had drove 35 minutes just for them to close? I think not. It doesn?t matter if it was closeto closing time it wasn?t 11 yet. When I worked at McDonald?s we strictly had to take everyone?s order that was in line beforeclosing time before we could say we were closed. Poor customer service and pure laziness Read more
