Reviews for Panera Bread in Wooster, OH
Me and my daughter was in there Friday, the food was not very good. The chicken sandwiches that we ordered was dry, too much... bread not enough sauce. For $10.99, I expect more than a piece of chicken on a dry bun that sauce was barely brushed on. I willnot be going back there again. at $35+ for two people, you could go to a lot nicer place. Well I have to say this place is pretty nice and does offer alot of options. However they are lacking in quite a few things,... first there is always a line which if your goin for lunch you don't have alot of time, they have 2 cash registers so they shouldalways have both goin at lunch time. 2nd the prices are quite high, I got a cup of soup an the total was 7.50, I mean I could goto a cheaper restaurant an get a cup of soup alot cheaper, now I do understand they are home-made an fresh ingredients butdang!!! I got broccoli cheese and personally I like noodles in mine, but it's not even an option an if it did I might understandthe 7 dollar price but just broccoli an cheese, I know how to break food cost down an those arnt expensive items. 3rd the tablesare rarely wiped down, now both times I've been there the tables weren't all full so there were plenty of tables, they were alljus dirty, an they obviously don't always follow a policy cuz the 1st time I got a buzzer the 2nd I didn't an I didn't evn hearthem call my name or my friends so we had 2 get up an check. I will also say I got bread with my soup an yes it's very good, butI like crackers and apparently they don't carry those which I think is odd. Read more

Quick service and great food as always.
Rating the new chicken sandwich at Panera, i rate it a 1! First it was very expensive, it tasted horrible I got the spicy one... and my wife got the original one. The sauce on the spicy one tasted really bad, and my wife said hers was very dry it had sosauce very plain just overall horrible I would not recommend anyone get it! Read more

Been here many many times. The staff is mostly helpful and the food is pretty good. I tend to use the app and order for rapid... pickup. In and out super quick. It?s always ready for me when I get in there. If I have a gripe it?s that people tend to justhang out here all day on their laptops.. I?ve also seen managers having meeting in the eating area taking up prime table spacefor those who are eating in house. 4/5 but I?ll keep going back for the soup. Read more
They do such a good job in this particular restaurant. I just wish they had a drive through. If they did I'd visit more often
