After going through the drive thru at the Beall Ave location, I got home to broken, non existent topping tacos. ???? The BF ran... up to the Burbank Rd location and when he got home my tacos were fresh, intact and full of fillings. They're busy all drive thru customer 4 times they asked me 28 min after finally who is preparing that guy saw my orders and he... gave my orders. I came in store before of another's suppose to be I have to be online the others. But wait long time another waythey are not looking in store customers they're busy drive thru customers. They charged me 8 dollars for burrito Supreme when I wanted taco Supremes didnt give a recipt. Which would have been half the... price can't call because they have the phone off the hook. Don't want to drive 10 minutes back. Angry and hungry. Edit: droveback complained got a refund for the extra charge and my tacos fixed. They still didn't have sour cream on them but the managerwas nice and it's fine cause atleast it's beef and not beans. Don't understand why there aren't trashcans in parking lotsanymore. Honestly one star is pushing it! Tried to go into order due to long line for the drive thru and the doors were locked even for... to go orders! No signs on the doors indicating dinning room closed it?s pouring down rain. Waited 15 minutes in line to order! Iordered the Mexican pizza meal which showed 2 hard tacos, the pizza and a drink! Girl taking me order asked what I wanted for medrink not do you want a drink! Price on menu shows $6.70 get to the window and it?s over $9.00! I asked why and was told thedrink was not included which I didn?t really want anyways! So I said you can take the drink off. She rings everything inseparate and says well it?s more now than it was before! I said just give me the $6.70 meal as shown on the menu! If the drinkis not included no biggie! There are people who work inside this building but they can't take your order. Forget about the registers on the counter, those... are just for looks. No instead they have installed kiosk for your convenience, which as it turns out isn't really all thatconvenient, not at all. What's even better is that the kiosk won't take cash as payment but if you go to the drivethru you canpay with cash. It's all under one roof. Read more
