I mentioned to the waiter I can't do spicy foods. So I found a lunch menu and offered tacos... they had more kick then I was... prepared for. So I brought my meal home with me. The server was great. He didn't rush me or my party. He felt awful ringing outour meals wrong and did the best he could to fix it. I'll be giving them another shot for his patience and willing to fix thebilling mistake without giving any attitude atleast that I had seen. Read more

We have eaten at Tumbleweed for 15 years. We have always been happy there. Yesterday, October 26, we stopped for an early dinner... at 3:15. There was only one other patron in the dining room. We were seated quickly and our waitress quickly brought us menus.We placed our order and I decided to use the men's restroom. I was shocked! It was HORRIBLE!!! Toilet...filthy and unflushedwith #2. Urinal was unflushed and TOP of it was also filthy. The sink was dirty and messy and the paper towel machine was empty.The hot air hand dryer barely worked. The restroom condition made me loose my apatite for dinner. Food was fine, waitress wasattentive. Obviously, management isn't paying attention. I doubt if we'll return anytime soon. Read more

Labor Day evening in Wooster. Many restaurants were closed. We found Tumbleweed open and having had a busy day. The servers/... hostess were working as fast as they could with friendly attitudes, apologizing for the slow service. We were glad we stayed.The food was delicious (good kitchen staff) and the margaritas were good and inexpensive. (We were there on margarita Monday!) Iwas in the restaurant and bar business for 22 years. I would have been happy to have any of the staff work for me. Only onething I would change: put more chicken in the white chili. Read more

Service:waitress was good. The store outside an inside looks really run down, peeling paint, lights on sign don't work, inside... just appears run down in poor condition. Food: stale/cold chips, dipping sauce seemed watered down, everyone's fries, burgersan over all food was poor, cold, stale left over tasting like it was saved from day before, wasn't even hot an was barely warman definitely not fresh... Honestly I gotten better food at a gas station. $65 for family of four....will never go back. Read more

We were from out of the area & had never ate at a Tumbleweed & thought we would give it a try. Wished we would have saved our... money & not went. The dining room looks ruff in general. I got a chimichanga & it was the worst chimichanga I have ever had,plus the rice was bland. Chicken wrap was dry. The chicken in the wrap seemed like a patty from the grocery store, low qualityfood all around. Salsa with chips tasted very generic. If your wanting Mexican, save yourself some money. We arrived here and the place was almost empty but still took a few minutes to get seated. When we got seated the table was... sticky and not clean. The servers were nice and kind that is the only reason I wouldn’t give this review a one star. Once wegot the chips and “salsa” started eating I noticed the salsa tasted like ketchup that they added stuff to. It wasdisgusting. I ordered pulled pork with Mac and cheese and rice. The pulled pork was not seasoned and in spots not fully cookedand raw the BBQ sauce It reminded me of the taste of a tire. The Mac and cheese was room temperature and somewhat cold andtasted nasty. And all of this cost over $14 I would highly recommend steering clear of this place. Read more

Solid choice for standard Tex-Mex fare, affordable prices, large portions. Service was great. Great place for a family, laid... back relaxed atmosphere. You get what you pay for, and if this is in your price range, you’ll be fine. Read more

Ok food, decent prices. The person who sat us gave my kid an adult menu and tried to seat us in a booth, which didn't work... because I'm obviously very fat. He just sat the menus down at the booth & walked away. Our server was good, attentive and keptour drinks full. Steaks were a little undercooked, but no big deal. Read more
