This Wendy's very convenient. The parking lot is like a minefield. I don't think they've paved her a lot for maybe 15 years. You... cannot even get out of the drive-thru if a car is waiting for the food. I admire all the workers there but Wendy please getsomething done with your parking lot or just move to a different location. Read more
Ordered via app requested bacon, mayo, tom, lettuce recieved NO toppings! Went back through drive thru ordered different... sandwich and paid for it, gave other sandwich to my dog. Manager said "I made your sandwich so it will be correct" recieved burger in pieces and NO bacon not mention the wait was long. They were definitely struggling! Read more
Just stopping through town and thought it would be a good place for a quick bite. Big mistake! The lady at the counter took 10... minutes just to get our order and it was simple. My sunburst melon drink was an absolute joke. Our burgers were cold. Minewasn't cooked enough and my husband's was overcooked. No ice in the machine. We would never come back. Read more
Food wasn't ready so they made us pull forward. Then forgot half our order. Pulled back around and opted to go inside because... the drive thru was so long. Waited 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. They practically threw the frosty they forgot atus, kept waiting for the rest of our order and finally gave up after 5 more minutes. Very displeased. This store is terribly slow BUT my order is always hot, accurate, and made as expected. I hate when I get cold fries or half of... the toppings missing from my burger. This has never been an issue at the location. It's worth the wait if you are not on a tightschedule. Read more
Unclean, soda machine rarely gets refilled. Under new management and standards have dropped a lot since. One Cashier was asking... inappropriate questions. The manager was cashier today and was being really nasty to the employees. The A/c is out and youcould see employees dripping in sweat! Eeww! Everything was a mess at the pop machine and condiment stand. Floor was all nastytoo. I stood in line for over 30 minutes and there was only 3 people ahead of me! The manager neglected to put utensils andnapkins in my bag and I ordered my sandwich without a bun. I have a gluten sensitivity. I only stopped in for carry out on mywalk home because I had a ride picking me up and they were on their way. I was trying to save time. My poor mom had to waitforever for me! It angered me that she never gave me utensils because I had to eat on the way, in my mom's car. They didn'twrap it in lettuce or even OFFER a lettuce wrap. I had to eat a baconator with my fingers! Extremely slow. Total changed from 9 and change at speaker to 10 something at window. Waited on fresh fries which was fine but... my nuggets were stone cold and rock hard. Not going back to this one Read more
Absolutely horrible! Waited in the drive thru for a half hour just to get speaker to order. The girl came on the speaker and... asked me to hold on for a few minutes before ordering. Sat there for 7 minutes with one truck ahead of us. He pulled away aftergetting his food and we sat there for another 5 minutes I finally asked if someone was going to help us she finally came backand took our order. 45 minutes. there were at least four or five people working inside that I could see so it didn't look likethey were short-staffed just being lazy. No apologies or anything for the wait! Read more
