There was a wait when we got there so the hostess asked for a name and number and told us we could wait outside. After a while I... saw a few parties walk in and be seated immediately so I went inside to check if we could be seated. She had completelyforgotten about us and didn?t even apologize for it. We had been waiting for an hour in the parking lot. This ruined the wholeexperience. I gave 3 stars because the waitress was nice. Read more

The waiters and waitresses are VERY kind at nighttime. We get the happy hour specials and the 2 for 25/30 deals. The food is not... bad for the cheap price! It?s basically the good late night chill spot when everything else is closed in Worcester. Read more
Seeking a few early afternoon burgers landed us at Applebee's on park Ave in Worcester. I hadn't been to this place in ages as... the last time I remember that the food and service left plenty to be desired. Honestly the only reason we stopped here wasbecause it was on the way to where we were going. We were served by Analicia who was great, very pleasant and attentive to ourrequests. I don't know if they have new management or what but things were drastically different than our previous visit. Iguess we will give it a shot again in the near future. Read more
Good food, good prices you can't go wrong with Applebee's. The restaurant was clean along with the restroom. The staff was... friendly and helpful. The 2 for dinners are a great especially if you are on a budget. It's locations is pretty convenient. Read more

The reviews that give low ratings are mostly about bad service received. Here is another such review...Waitress was overzealous... in enforcing whatever authority Applebee's LLC gave to her. Hopefully she never goes into a real position of authority, like apolice officer, where overzealousness can manifest in ill-treatment. Read more
