I was there today 12/4/22, I ordered a 1/4 chicken or thigh&leg,mashed potato with gravy& sweet potato. There were hardly... anybody there. I think BOSTON CHICKEN has to have a different manager and get back to basics. What they need is more veggies & acouple types of potato's. Read more
I have not been too a Boston Market for more than several months, but today my travels brought me within 4 miles of one & I was... really looking forward to getting the Turkey Dinner. Only problem unbeknownst by me, the Turkey Dinner was not on the menu (butcoming back nearer this Thanksgiving). I personally do enjoy the Turkey meal versus the Chicken meal at Boston Market. I typically like their chicken. Mine lacked flavor (ie maybe was not basted as much as they should have.) I also had the nuggets... which were totally dry like tiny hockey pucks. We thought the ?chicken cordon blue? would have actually been that but it was thesame chicken with a pungent sauce on the side they didn?t taste right. Sides were good, service was mediocre at best. Personhelping me has an air pod in her right ear and barely interacted with us. See attached pic for the general appearance andtrash. Sorry, but this location has to try a LOT harder. My son and my favorite place to get a quick, fast, yummy meal. ???? Great staff at this location @Park ave Worc. A little more... words and smiles from a few individuals will go the extra mile, but none the less, they all have their individual strengths.They are kind, fast, not too expensive, food is always yummy and they always make us feel welcome. Descent diner . . Bourbon bacon rotisserie chicken meal - $14.49 . Recently tried the bourbon bacon rotisserie, like all their ... chicken, it?s a really tender and yummy. . The food is good, but this location does not abide by its posted operating hours. Oftentimes, if you go around opening time, or... lunch time in general, many items are not ready or they simply don't even open the doors for you to enter and just have you waitoutside. There's been instances of the doors still locked even 30 - 45 min after opening time. Read more
The rotisserie chicken & Sweet potato casserole was bomb!!! Everything else was disappointing. The Drinks, the broccoli, and... the Mac & cheese wasn't worth it. The Service was good and fast. My boyfriend made it sound like it was outta this world so myexpectations were pretty high before walking in. Read more
