Went and got my order from the drive through and they didn't give me my whopper. The staff were also not competent.
Refused to re-make food for a pregnant woman! Cold and incorrect burger and STRAIGHT UP REFUSED TO GIVE REFUND OR REMAKE because... This Burger King towed my car because I parked in the lot that they literally share with the bar next door, while I went to the... bar, for maybe 4 hours tops, and they towed my car, while leaving a bunch of other cars in the lot untouched. And they actedlike a tiny little no parking sign inside their restaurant (that I didn?t go in, I went through the drivethrough) was somethingthat I should just know about?? And then when I asked why they towed it they said ?parking is for customers only?? I WAS ACUSTOMER. And after I bought food there I went to other businesses in the same lot and they towed my car? Attitude from the lady at the drive thru. Ordered on the app once I arrived they stated they did not have an item I order but... app did not state that. Employee said ? nothing she can do sorry call customer service? with no solution. If she doesn?t likeher job or can?t speak with customer with out an attitude find a new job. Read more

Store manger was extremely rude from drive-thru speaker to window. I was not able to get lunch from this location.
