I had a good overall customer experience at Charlie?s, however, I?m only giving them a three star rating because I think there... are things corporate can improve to provide better value for their customers. Below are the changes I think would make thisbusiness much better: 1. No combinations - there were literally only a handful of combinations, unlike most fast foodrestaurants. No upsells. Most of everything must be ordered separately a la cart. That can add up very quickly in terms ofprice. For instance, my meal, a regular sized French fry with a ?regular? cheesesteak sandwich set me back nearly $14 dollarswith tax. As illustrated in my pictures appended to review, that is hardly any food for the price. Having a menu combinationwhere these items can be purchased together at a markably affordable price would create a lot of value for customers. 2.Cheesesteak authenticity - I?ve had authentic cheesesteak and this just doesn?t pass the authenticity muster. My sandwich hadpickles, tomatoes, and lettuce which made it taste more like a steak grinder, than a Philly Cheesesteak. 3. Decorum- I reallylove the post industrial, modern interior design they have going on inside the restaurant. It gives it an expensive, yet verycasual inviting place to eat; however, that?s where the compliments end. The chairs are very cheap and made of some sort ofplastic, metal material that isn?t durable. If you?re a heavy person, be careful sitting on one of those chairs. It couldbreak. In all, Charlie?s was an average fast casual dining experience that was a mostly good experience. I will visit again forcertain, but won?t be making any special trips if you know what I mean. Updated review 6/28: They consistently close early. If you're gonna close at 9:30, then change your hours. Don't say you close... at 10. -- Place was dead when I arrived but I was served piping hot food regardless and the cashier brought it over to thetable I was waiting at. Made the cheese steak to my specifications (no mayo, pickle, tomato). Was tasty! Read more

Zero stars? ordering in the evening specially after 8pm from here will get you the most pathetic lacking sandwich ever. ... Sometimes, they turn off online mobile ordering just randomly during the day too, and when you walk in the store the employeesare slow af and there?s barely any customers in. So, they are really just taking it really slow over there and idk why they?reoverly chill tbh??!? like I don?t get any energetic positive vibes at all? anyone reading this, do yourselves a favor andremember to not order any sandwiches after 8pm, they will barely put any meat in the sandwich, and your sandwich will def bethin and small? yo, plz do better and hope you improve your performance soon!! I ordered a Philly cheese steak. No combo. It was kinda expensive for the size of sandwich I got. No fries or drink... adding... that would've brought the total up even more. It was very good. Just to expensive for what ur selling ???? Read more
