It was a strange experience.. ordered and paid online.. go to pickup order.. order ready.. I asked about my drink? counter girl... says empty cup is in the stapled bag.. huh? Ok .. open bag retrieve smashed up cup to fill with lemonade I ordered.. asked whythey don?t just put cup on the side? They?re still live in an active COVID world.. I?ve had many fountain drinks lately wherethey hand you the cup? then she says ?by the way? chip machine is broken so I?ll need to go online for $9 refund.. I left alittle in disbelief from the experience I just had? it was weird.. I go online for refund.. it?s all automated.. I get a chipsand queso voucher instead of a refund? Painful. The food is absolutely inedible, they put something on the chicken to make it ridiculously spicy. My wife and I ordered... the chicken bowl with white rice, corn salsa, lettuce and sour cream, and we can?t finish more than a few bites!on our bowls. Ilove spicy normally, I?ll put hot sauce on most things, I?m used to it and have a good spice tolerance but I?m drinking milkafter only eating a small pot because my mouth is on fire. The quality of this place has really gone down with the work culture of the employees. Their wage increases, thus the prices for... the food increases, however their working attitude and food standards remain poor. The current workers do not care for customersatisfaction, or even their own store. They do whatever the customer and owner let's them get away with. Stop catering toemployees who demand higher pay and treat those who care about your store and consistent food quality. Read more
Two visits in a row and they ran out of chips both times. Both times were hours before the store closed. We ordered twice on... mobile orders, the app says they are in stock. When we get there they say they?re out and condescendingly tell you to go throughthe app for a refund. The app doesn?t even give a refund, it gives you a coupon (that expires one month later) for free chips,but I can?t even use it because they are always out of chips. It is a joke. Next time save yourselves money and go to Cali Ritoson Belmont St. Better service, better food, and they always have chips in stock. Read more
Absolutely horrible. Can you put some effort into wrapping a burrito so it doesn?t fall apart? Maybe a little extra foil as well... so the bottom doesn?t fall out the bottom? The attitudes are horrible here. I always come back hoping they staff improves butI?m always disappointed. Edited: I got home and tried it eat it. The rice isn?t cooked. Thanks guys. Didn?t put guacamole or the red salsa. Food was cold as ice when it arrived. The salad was literally half the bowl. Never... reimbursed me for the guac they charged me for and never gave me. This restaurant has constantly been awful and forgetful. Read more
This Chipotle is honestly terrible. Every time we?ve ordered online, our whole order is wrong. It?s like they don?t read the... orders! One bowl was supposed to have brisket and it has chicken and black beans. One was supposed to be a salad, and there isno lettuce in the bowl. Mine looks like sour cream soup. They mixed up every single ingredient we had, and we have bowls ofrandom things we didn?t order. Read more
If you like veggies in your burrito or other meal, then DO NOT come to the Chipotle on Park Ave, Worcester MA. They NEVER have... them. Today the employee must have been blind. I saw that there were no veggies on the tray so I ask him if they have veggies.He says YES, so I ask him if they are in the back and he says NO, THEY'RE RIGHT THERE and points to the empty tray. I said it'sempty, (in case it wasn't obvious). And he says OH, THEN WE'RE OUT. This happens in this location ALL THE TIME!!!
