Whenever I order online via door dash or Uber eats I put in special instructions such as extra sauce, or cooked well done ect.... And they alwaysssss follow instructions. They send a great amount of garlic bread with their pastas and i love that. Theirgrilled chicken is so delicious I love getting Alfredo from there I think they recently changed the sauce and it's 10 timesbetter than a few years ago ! They've never seemed rude on the phone I think some people are confusing this location with thechandler st location when they say rude workers. Read more
Yesterday was my first time ordering from here and I was very disappointed. I ordered a chicken gyro and a cobb salad. First,... the delivery took 50 minutes and I was staying less than a mile away. The gyro was a mess. I had to take out the chicken and cutit up to fit into the pita bread. Fries were soggy and gross. The cobb salad was the worse part. It was NOT a cobb salad at all.No blue cheese, no red onions, no hard boiled eggs. Instead they filled a container full of cheap ice burg lettuce and a wholepackage of bacon. Every time I order which is a lot but that's going to probably stop, my order is messed up 50% of the time. Sometimes I get what... I want sometimes I get what ever they give me. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is the worst I've ever seenit. I was picking up my order tonight while there was a man sitting in a booth waiting for his pizza that they had to make threetimes because they made it wrong two times. I know ownership has changed over the years but the quality and service used to beso much better. Read more
