I love going here for bubble tea. I go there very frequent and every time I go customer service is five stars. The drinks are... made exactly how you like it. I definitely recommend for you to try this place. It's located a nice area where you can go for awalk in downtown Worcester right next to the Hanover theater and walking distance from the city hall. So the parking had me pause- it was a little awkward and I circled around twice, but walking inside I was impressed with the... general feel of the space. Now, here I am, sipping what could easily be the best milk tea I have ever tried. Read more

Gong cha locations consistently have great boba and the bubble waffles here taste great piping hot! The cafe itself is spacious... with lots of seating and is well decorated and cozy. Staff was super friendly and efficient as well, no complaints at all! Read more

Authentic Taiwanese Bubble (tapioca pearls aka boba and bubbles) tea shop. I like how I can adjust sweetness level. I can also... add toppings to hot tea (common in Taiwanese cafes) so it's perfect in cold weather) I hate bubble tea made out of flavorpowders (eww). I like this place more than the bubble tea shop in Worcester public market. In addition, bubble wrap shapedwaffles are delicious (I tried two- the one with bubbles and another one without them !) My husband got mango cream tea withbubbles. So glad it's in Worcester. Since it's practically in Worcester downtown, parking can be tricky. I don't mind walkingfrom a coin operated street parking spot which is not far away. (*Update: now there is a 15 minute pick up parking areaavailable right behind the building) I will be here often from now on ???????????? Read more
